• "Contractors" refers to the home improvement professionals, contractors, and service providers in our network.
• "Content" refers to text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials.

Services Description

AHIN provides a platform that connects homeowners with contractors for home improvement projects. Our Services include:

• Connecting homeowners with contractors
• Providing quotes for home improvement projects
• Scheduling consultations
• Sharing educational content about home improvement

AHIN does not provide home improvement services directly. We are not contractors, and we do not perform any construction, renovation, or repair work.

User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of our Services. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

Contractor Relationships

AHIN is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or work performed by contractors. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any contractor's services. Any agreement between you and a contractor is solely between you and the contractor. AHIN is not a party to such agreements.

We recommend that you:

• Verify a contractor's credentials, licenses, and insurance
• Obtain written estimates and contracts
• Check references and reviews
• Never pay the full amount upfront

Fees and Payment

Our Services are free for homeowners. We receive compensation from contractors who participate in our network. This compensation may affect how and where contractors appear on our platform.

Any payment terms between you and a contractor are governed by your agreement with the contractor. AHIN is not responsible for any payment disputes between you and a contractor.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all Content, features, and functionality are owned by AHIN, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit any Content without our express prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AHIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AHIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AHIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AHIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AHIN, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AHIN and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of another; or
• Your conduct in connection with the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
